Ashley is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and Perinatal Mental Health Certified (PMH-C) provider specializing in women's mental health across every stage of life. She is licensed to practice in both Indiana and Illinois.

Her clinical expertise includes the evaluation and treatment of anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, with a special focus on supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, motherhood, relationship changes, and the demands of career and family life.

Ashley brings a unique public health and maternal-child health perspective to psychiatric care, complemented by additional training in lactation counseling and community-based mental health. She believes mental health treatment should be collaborative, evidence-based, and individualized because every woman's story, goals, and needs are different. Her patients can expect thoughtful, compassionate care that never feels rushed, dismissive, or one-size-fits-all.

She founded Her Mind Psychiatry to provide a higher standard of psychiatric care for women—one that honors each person's lived experience, supports mental wellness during life's most vulnerable transitions, and prioritizes both long-term well-being and quality of life.

Outside of clinical practice, Ashley is a dedicated community advocate, a loving wife, and a proud mother to two energetic boys who inspire her passion for helping women thrive in every season of life.
