About our CEO
Ashley is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Perinatal Mental Health Certified provider who specializes in women’s mental health across life transitions.
Ashley's clinical focus includes anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders — particularly for women navigating pregnancy, postpartum, motherhood, relationships, and demanding careers.
She bring a public-health and maternal-child health lens into psychiatric care, with additional training in lactation counseling and community-based mental health. Her approach is collaborative, evidence-based, and deeply personalized — because your care should never feel rushed, dismissed, or one-size-fits-all.

Ashley created Her Mind Psychiatry to offer a higher standard of psychiatric care for women — one that honors lived experience, protects mental health during vulnerable life stages, and prioritizes both safety and quality of life.
Outside of her clinical role, Ashley is a dedicated community advocate, a loving wife, and a proud mother to two energetic boys.
