Her Mind Psychiatry is designed for women (18+) who are:

• struggling with anxiety, depression, or mood changes

• experiencing intrusive thoughts or OCD symptoms

• navigating ADHD as an adult woman or mother

• pregnant or postpartum and concerned about medication safety

• feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or emotionally stuck

• high-functioning but internally struggling

We provide medication management in a calm, supportive, non-judgmental space, with thoughtful attention to safety, side effects, and long-term wellbeing.

• A comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and clear diagnosis

• Personalized medication recommendations with ongoing monitoring and adjustments

• Lab orders when clinically indicated to support balanced, whole-person care

• Authentic education on risks, benefits, and side effects

SELF-PAY

Self-pay services are available for clients who prefer not to use insurance or whose insurance is out of network.

What we don’t do:

• Provide emergency, crisis, or 24/7 mental health services

• Offer inpatient or intensive outpatient care

• Provide on-call or after-hours crisis response

• Conduct court-ordered, forensic, or custody evaluations

• Complete disability, FMLA, emotional support animal (ESA), or legal documentation

• Replace psychotherapy or counseling services

• Prescribe medications without a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation

Her Mind Psychiatry is an outpatient mental health practice and does not provide emergency or crisis services. Services are offered by a licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and are intended for non-urgent psychiatric care.
